Pétillant Naturel (natural bottle-fermented sparkling) Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, Aotearoa. From a BioGro certified organic vineyard in Marlborough, the wine went through primary fermentation in bottle, retaining its beautifully fresh, vibrant, citrusy fruit flavours.
